Jeffrey's strongest skills lie in using technology to model complex business processes , resulting in end-user applications that are simple yet powerful. He works with end-users in their business setting to learn their vocabulary, their workflow, and requirements and their challenges. He aggregates, distills and structures this information into a visual and semantic model of the business, working interactively with the stakeholders until everyone can agree on the vocabulary, the structure, and the flow.
